and managers gain the tools to engage more effectively with their local communities, enhancing
brand loyalty and driving local sales through AI-driven social media management, localised
insights, and reputation management tools.
Our Customer Success team is all about ensuring that our customers know how to use our
software and how to get the maximum out of the platform.

Role Overview

In this graduate role, you will help our customers get value from SocioConnect by guiding them
through the platform, supporting their social media campaigns, and ensuring their content
performs well. Your work will directly improve customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term
adoption of the platform.

Perfect for a marketing-minded graduate who wants experience in SaaS, content coordination,
and customer engagement, or a tech graduate with an interest in Digital Marketing

What You’ll Do

Product Support
  • Curate social content and help set up campaigns
  • Prepare assets, schedule posts, and monitor performance
  • Produce simple campaign summaries and insights
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with strategy recommendations
Customer Success & Communications
  • Support onboarding and product education
  • Help build customer communication journeys
  • Assist with newsletters, in-app messages, and product updates
  • Use tools like Intercom and CRM systems

About You

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong writer with good organisational skills
  • Quick learner and comfortable using new tools
  • Works well independently and collaboratively
